The spring market is heating up.  Traffic to and phone calls on homes has been on the rise since early May.  Now is the time to get back into the market.  I believe once the market begins to turn, prices will rise quickly and then you will be left scrambling for the home you wanted to buy. 

The parade of homes is coming up on June 12th -21st.  This is a great time to shop around and see ideas on remodeling projects, new homes or just get great ideas in general.
